The Body Solid home gym is a design that is centered around a one hundred sixty pound weight stack. This stack is adjustable in ten pound increments while being capable of neat stacking. This means there will be no scattered plates or bars to clutter up the area and present a possible safety hazard. It utilizes a gym style system wherein a pin is removed and inserted in variable weight intervals to meet the needs of the one desiring a work out.

I’m generally a firm believer that you get what you pay for but the Body Solid EXM1500S may be the exception. It is a surprisingly high quality piece of equipment for a relatively low price.It arrived via Amazon’s white glove delivery service in three large boxes plus three smaller boxes containing the weight stacks.
